The course was created by Tim Godfrey & Steve Clayton who are well known in the internet marketing world. They created Commission Blueprint, Niche Blueprint and the exclusive IM Advantage members club.
They are known for providing top quality training materials that are far easier to follow and actually implement than most other programs of their kind.
And if you have been fed up of trying to scrape a living making affiliate sales online then this might be just what you’re looking for.
It gives a complete roadmap of how to get offline clients who will pay you a monthly fee to give them an online presence. So this could be SEO work, pay-per-click, building websites and a whole host of other things.
Most business owners are completely stumped when it comes to the internet and even with a basic knowledge you will understand far more than the average person.
SEM Business Blueprint is not a theoretical course from online marketers either…
Sure… Steve and Tim make a lot of money online but they have run 2 businesses catering to running offline business owners’ online activities. Steve actually maintains that he got his IM education by showing business owners how to make money on the web.

So that’s the background. Now let’s take a look at the good and bad points of the course and the final verdict.
The Good Points…
- Outstanding support. They run an outstanding support team and Steve is always accessible in the forum daily. This is not the typical ‘ghost town’ internet marketing support desk.
- Well structured. Have you ever got a course and it just confuses the life out of you. Well SEM Business Blueprint is not that. It is clearly laid out and even a complete beginner can understand this.
- Everything you need. As I mentioned, the guys ran a successful business in this field so they give all their templates, documents, proposals, and literally everything you need to get started.
- A realistic business. This is not some gimmick or ‘loophole’ that lasts for a week and then dries up. This is a legitimate business that anyone with a basic knowledge of internet marketing can run. It can be profitable long term and relatively easy.It can be outsourced. I can’t give away the secrets from the course but they map out exactly how this can be done. You can actually get almost all the work done very cheaply and work only a few hours a week. I know you’ve heard that before but in this case it is very realistic.
- Less competition. You will actually be surprised at the lack of competition in most places. There are lots of businesses in all towns and cities and very few people running an SEM business. And very few people are actually competing in Google for local terms so that makes your job that much easier.
And The Bad…
- This is no slight on the quality of the course, but if you are not comfortable around people then it is more difficult. Tim & Steve have some great solutions for this and it can be done even if you are not comfortable speaking to business owners. But if you enjoy meeting people and discussing internet marketing then it is definitely to your advantage.
What’s the verdict?
So as you can tell SEM Business Blueprint has a lot of positives. If you have any of the other courses by Tim Godfrey and Steve Clayton then you will already know they create only quality products.
So the question is really whether this is the type of business you want to run. It requires far fewer clients to create a six-figure business, it is far less competitive, it is easy to operate and outsource and you get everything you need to start with barely any start up costs.
It is obviously an alternative to the typical PPC or article marketing products out there and I think that is in its favor. I would highly recommend you take a look at the video on the next page where Steve explains more about the concept of SEM Business Blueprint and exactly what comes included.
